一、学院概况

北京师范大学经济与工商管理学院()是中国师范大学最早成立的经济与管理学院之一，2016年通过国际认证，位列全球顶尖商学院前1%。依托北师大100多年的历史文化积淀，近40年来已发展成为时间重要的中国经济与工商管理人才培养和科研基地。根据教育部最新学科评估排名，北京师范大学经济管理学院理论经济学全国排名第五。作为最早开设全英语国际硕士学位课程的院校之一，它在师资、学习资源、学生管理和留学生服务等方面有着丰富的经验和巨大的优势。自2011年“世界经济与中国”英语国际硕士项目启动以来，极大地促进和提高了英语课程建设水平和留学生人才培养质量。长期以来，学院对留学生的培养一直立足于国际人才市场的需求，采用多元化的教学方法，注重理论联系实际，采用课堂教学、自主学习、实践学习、案例讨论、学术沙龙等相结合的方式。培养了一批具有良好经济专业基础、国际视野、了解中国社会文化的高层次国际专业人才。

二、项目介绍和培养目标

随着经济全球化的深入，“一带一路”为世界各国的合作与发展建立了新的平台，开创了全球经济开放与发展的新格局。当今世界，资本、技术、信息和人员的跨国流动不仅促进了人类的经济和社会发展，也带来了许多问题和挑战，需要各国共同应对，其中更迫切需要具有新发展理念和国际发展理论及实践知识的国际人才。为了适应这一新的发展形势，更好地参与国际教育竞争，实现国内外优质教育资源的有效连接，充分发挥现有国际教育和科研资源的作用，北京师范大学经济与工商管理学院推出了“国际发展()”博士项目(全英文)，重点是锤炼其特色和塑造其品牌，大力推广和建设高水平的国际学生教育项目，进一步增强其在国内外的影响力。

本项目旨在培养具有全球视野和创新意识，能够适应复杂的全球政治、经济、社会、政策、文化和法律环境，具有深厚的经济素养和一定的国际交流和国际政治经济活动能力，能够开展跨文化交流与交流，在跨国公司、各国政府部门、国际组织及相关领域工作的国际复合型人才。

三、申请条件

1.持有有效外国普通护照的非中国公民；

2.对中国友好，行为端正，遵守中国政府法律和学校规章制度，尊重中国人民的风俗习惯；

3.博士学位申请者应具有硕士学位或硕士同等学历；

4.这个项目是用英语教的。申请人必须精通英语或把英语作为第二语言。建议附上相关证明，证明英语水平；

5.身体健康，有当地公立医院出具的健康证明；没有中国法律法规禁止进入中国的疾病；无高血压、心脑血管疾病、糖尿病等严重慢性病；不存在可能对公共卫生构成严重威胁的精神疾病或传染病；重大手术或急性病期间无法恢复；无严重残疾或怀孕。

这个学位的所有课程都用英语授课，教学模式是

博士论文要求本人在导师指导下完成。论文语言为英语，字体大小，1.5倍间距，最少字数。学位论文的评审和答辩流程严格遵循《北京师范大学学位授予工作细则》等学校要求，学位论文答辩由学院组织。

该学位项目位于理论经济学一级学科下。学生可以在规定的时间内完成培训计划中规定的课程学分和必修环节，完成学分，通过考试，完成论文并通过论文答辩，经学位授予单位学位评定委员会审核后，获得毕业证书和学位证书。

在学校规定的最长学习年限内，申请博士最多只有两次机会。第二次，学生必须承担试卷测试、评估和答辩的费用。

(4)Thisprogram,taughtinEnglish,requiresapplicantstobeproficientinEnglishortouseEnglishasasecondlanguage.ItisrecommendedtoattachrelevantcertificatestoprovetheEnglishlevel;

6.DissertationandDissertationDefense

DoctoraldissertationsarerequiredtobecompletedindependentlyinEnglishwiththementors’guidance.(Typeface:TimesNewRoman,typesize:12fonts,1.5-foldlinespacing,andatleast80,000words).ThedissertationdeliberationanddefensewillbeorganizedbyBNUBSandseriouslycompliedwithBNU’sdegreegrantingrulesandinstructionsandrequirementsbyotheruniversities.

Thedegreeprogramisbasedonthefirst-leveldisciplineoftheoreticaleconomics.Studentscouldobtainadiplomaandadoctor’sdegreeineconomicsafter:completingthecoursecreditsandcompulsorycoursesrequiredbytheprogramwithinthestipulatedperiodoftime,obtainingtheminimumcreditsrequired,passingtheexams,completingthedissertationandpassingthedissertationdefenseandthereviewbytheacademicdegreeassessmentcommitteeofthedegree-grantingunit.
